Since the HotHouse opened (15th October 1995) we have continuosly tried to improve what we offer which has led to many changes over time, but one thing has remained the same - my desire to offer delightful food, fine wines and good drinks, in comfortable surroundings, with a splash of light hearted fun thrown in.
